It's okay to admit that you haven't experienced every situation they ask about. However, instead of saying you don't have an answer, pivot to a related experience that demonstrates a relevant skill. For example, if asked about a time you failed, talk about a project that didn't go as planned and what you learned from it.
These questions can be tricky, but they're really about showcasing your soft skills. Even if you haven't had a direct conflict with a coworker, think of a time when you navigated a challenging team dynamic or a difficult client situation. Frame it as a learning experience, highlighting how you communicated effectively, resolved the issue, and strengthened relationships.
These are all quite standard questions so if you felt unprepared to answer them that suggests you probably were unprepared.
It’s unbelievable that you’ve either never had or can’t make up a theoretical conflict with a coworker - it doesn’t have to be something huge and could be a ‘near miss’ potential conflict, but saying you’ve never had a conflict sounds like you’re either lying or unaware of others
