For those of you who made the switch to in house/corporate law, what was your experience like? Did you have to take a lower position to gain the experience or were you able to argue that your soft skills were transferable to in house? I’ve been in litigation for 15 years and I’m looking to make the switch. Ultimately, I’d like to get into Legal Ops, but feel getting some in house experience first would be beneficial.

After some research i decided to get into Cloud Computing. I've done Microsoft Azure course and cleared AZ 104 Certification for Azure Administrator.
But because of my Sales Experience my profile is not getting shortlisted.

During benefits selection this year , I chose HSA for the first time and I am informed that my account is opened today. While registering on Fidelity, I am asked to chose between FDRXX/FDIC .I would want to chose from available options and invest money. Which option I should be choosing of both ? I got offer from cognizant for skills appium(mobile testing), selenium. My yoe is 2.8 yrs. Designation is PA. DOJ is 29th dec. So are they projects in cognizant for testing or they will keep on bench. And projects are more of manual or automation testing

Hi Folks, I am working in infy and planning to drop paper this week. As I don't have offer in hand but 90 days NP impacting to get new job. Also my compansation is not good as per exp.
