Thinking about trying Flexcar and curious if anyone here has experience with it. It’s definitely more costly than a traditional lease, but it’s month-to-month, no interest, and insurance is included, which seems super convenient. The main downside I see is the low mileage cap, but since I live in NYC I don’t actually drive that much (yes I still need a car…:))

I’ve been practicing in both big law (many yrs ago) and now in-house for over 10 years. Quite often I struggle because I don’t find work fulfilling. I’ve been in industries that allegedly have greater cause (healthcare) but was eventually disappointed by the corporate bureaucracy and went to a cutting-edge tech company for intellectual stimulation. Still I struggle. Should I try public interest? Not that I don’t need the money but it’s hard to work when I am so detached and find it meaningless

A company has 2 candidates, aged 25-30, equal in every respect save one’s a man the other’s a woman. Maybe the woman is a slightly better candidate overall. They’d have equal comp.
