Hi, I am new to Canada and currently living in Vancouver, BC. I was looking for opportunities in the Financial Services industry in the Metro Vancouver Area. I have about 3 years of experience in the Banking/Financial Services and HealthTech industry and worked alongside IBM and PwC in developing and implementing cutting-edge FinTech products for business clients of a Financial Institution and led the Finance and data science team at a Health tech startup. Let me know if anyone can help me.

Avoid anything even remotely related to Havas, France calls the shots with everything and they lost a lot of people last fall when they forced people to RTO. They just resumed a mandated in-office RTO this past week and a few friends said it’s already not going too well.
I’d tell your friend to look at the Havas bowl on here and read glassdoor reviews. The entire place (health, creative, media) is a dumpster fire.
Worked out of a different Havas office on the East Coast and heard that the SF office was a bit chaotic. Don’t know much more than that unfortunately
The havas bowl has a lot of...less than stellar....reviews. I've only heard about what a mess it is, nothing positive :/
Always trust your instincts about a job. If your friend is getting that sinking feeling, then pass. People are still hiring like mad out there, be patient and find the right fit, it will be worth it.
Run in the other direction my friend (to your friend).
They have a 1-star rating on Glassdoor
My experience was a pretty chaotic work environment. And, very little creative opportunity. The term toxic positivity also comes to mind, as far as leadership. Not the SF office, but can attest to some other US offices.
