To give or not give an excuse for being out 1-2 hrs for an interview on a WFH day? I almost never take time off so am worried if I say doctor, they’ll want proof.

I recently tested positive for covid and thankfully recovered. I just had another test and waiting for the results. My partner has been asking me when I can go back into the office. The truth is I’m hesitant to going back in because I likely caught the virus there and I have parents at home. But I feel some pressure to go back in. Any advice?
