Lol - don't thing anyone cares what you think OP. If you don't want them open up your own company and keep them out. Coz the partner who brought those dudes into EY have all the right to do so and those dudes have all the right to do what they do.

@OP, passive aggression is a significant problem within the firm now. While you think you're 'helping' the culture by 'fixing' the Deloitte folks, you're actually negatively contributing to the culture, just like they are. Two wrongs don't make a right. If you have an issue with them, deal with it respectfully and head on. Don't use passive aggression and act like you care about improving the culture.
D2, make a living. Find a purpose, do what you like. But wait, telling " isn't the role of a staff to just get coffee and order lunch " in front of Staffs who has been with the firm for over a year now isn't cool.

D11 I actually didn't know that was the actual title at D. I was interpreting it as I would "my staff." So the connotation may not be negative within your firm. Elsewhere, it can sound a bit pejorative.
I know a partner at D and she's repeatedly commented having staff get coffee, lunch and do other errands for her. I addressed it directly with her but she mentioned that's how she was treated when she was junior and saw nothing wrong with it 🤷♀️ Sample size of one but sounds like it might be more prevalent than in thought
