75,76,79,81. CPA designation doesn’t change. Just get through it is all that’s required.

Yea which makes it worse if I dont pass lmao

The only exam I walked out of confidently was AUD (work in audit for reference) - passed all of them on the first try. The exams are meant to make you feel beat up - hang in there and best of luck future CPA!

The point is to just pass - not get 100%.

Exactly, who ever said BEC was the “easy” was just setting everyone up for failure. Although I passed on my first try (76), it’s my lowest score.

I took FAR on Tuesday and it’s my last exam. I feel uneasy about it so I’m going to keep studying until score release because if I pass then oh well I studied 2 weeks too long but if I failed I can just go right back in and get it over with.

Senior attorneys at v100, how common is it for attorneys who start at small firms to lateral to biglaw? Have you worked with any? Misled on Maternity Leave Policy. I found out I only get 4 weeks pay for maternity leave (STD +“sick days”). I will take 12 weeks but wont get paid for 8 weeks. I work for a US, west coast based company in the tech/VC industry. Their website claims to offer “paid parental leave and other progressive benefits for parents”. I didn’t find out until after I was hired their pay was only 8 weeks but since I have been at the company less than 12 months, I don’t qualify for their policy. Is this unfair?
