Buy/lease now or defer to Q1-2023?

Hey, new to investing looking at initial mistakes I made. I have $1k in VOO, $7k in VT and $4k in VTI in my brokerage acct; in my Roth IRA I have $6k in VT and $7.7k in VTI. I work for a small agency and manage our internal marketing acct. We had very few processes in place when I started. I’ve since created, implemented, and trained our dept. on project mgmt for clients and am trying to convince the owner to apply those principles to our internal jobs. They are resistant because they just want the work to be done and don’t “want to keep spending money on internal jobs”.
