I mailed the recruiter who said apologies for the delay but we will get back to you with next steps. Has anyone had this experience and what was the outcome Amazon

Hello All, I have been selected in the interview at NTT DATA and also submitted documents as requested by Recruiting HR. However , it's been a 10 days after docs submission but haven't received any call from HR for salary negotiation. On email follow up with HR, he said he is on it and will come back to me soon for further process. Any views.NTT DATA

Base is 12.7% higher than my current but prolly around the same after promotion salary, bonus is more than double of what PwC gives
1. Did you know for sure you getting promoted at pwc ?
2. What level at the bank ? VP , AVP?
3. Do you mind the international travel ?
Wait for the promo regardless. No reason to be 3 months away from something you've worked this hard for just to jump for sub 20% bump in salary.
I'm 90% sure the promotion is gonna happen. The position is for AVP level and I don't mind the international travel since it should just be around the 30-40% range and may be a good item to add to my resume?
