Hi All,
Need suggestions here. Please help me out. I was interviewed with IBM and got selected. Waiting for offer letter. Meanwhile got selected in another company and got offer too. Put down my ppr. Offer from another company is way beyond than IBM almost 22% more in terms of fixed. Now I’m confused that once IBM releases their offer then should I ask them to match with my holding or not ? Will they consider for negotiations? What’s your thoughts? IBM
Hello- I’m currently at Deloitte Consulting US and in early stages of exploring a transfer with promotion to Deloitte UK. Glassdoor says a Senior Manager avg salary is ~£95k. Does this sound about right for Consulting? Glassdoor doesn’t differentiate between Consulting, Advisory, Risk, etc… Also what is the matching % on pension contributions? Deloitte

LTI and Mindtree merger planned on 6 May as per media report . The brand name Mindtree will be dissolved. Seems appraisal discussions and hike is pending due to this event.
Don't expect good hike and people who can sense the future work culture , will start looking for the change now

Knowing nothing else, I'd go with ACN - better brand, better training program, better alumni/exits. There are places in IBM that are really exciting, but without knowing where the offer is, ACN is the best choice there.
If you want to avoid federal, CapTech.
I’d go with Accenture
