Washington DC folks: I have a friend who gets offers from: IBM, Accenture, CapTech Entry level - similar salary between the 3. Which company should she accept the offer? Thank you

Knowing nothing else, I'd go with ACN - better brand, better training program, better alumni/exits. There are places in IBM that are really exciting, but without knowing where the offer is, ACN is the best choice there.
