ACN matches up to 6%.
My Firm contributes 12% of base and bonus up to $20,400. Not a match, just a straight contribution. Not big 4
50% up to 6% of salary (and soon, bonus) after four years. 25% of same after 1 year.
MBB don't have a senior manager position.
We're 100% match up to 8% 🎉
Not Big4, but relevant.
we basically don't
Not big4, but I really do like ACN's match. 100% match up to 6%.
Not ours
☝️ so that's how MBB have their PE funds
25% of 6%, plus an annual contribution based on level (e.g., Associate 3%, SA 5%, Manager 7%, Director 9%) - I might have the %s off a little. I'll have to check later
Ours you have to wait a year after joining the firm though
Although I think some big 4 have vesting too rofl
D1, the firm doesn't match your contribution? Do they provide a pension?
A3- they do, it's just really low. We do have pension, although no idea how it works #visibility
25% match up to 6% salary. But I think it takes like 3-4 years to actually vest, so essentially nothing for people that hate consulting. It's not worth it to be miserable for 4 years to get a measly 25% match
Deloitte pension is only applicable at age 50 and if you are PPD. Just got the nitty gritty details from them during the recruiting process.
Does 401k match for bonuses use the same contribution % that you specify for your normal pay checks? Or do you specify a specific amount to be contributed from your bonus?
Same
It depends on how your company sets it up, EY3. I've seen both.
