What are some good practice points or tips you can provide to litigators when a client approaches them, insisting that they have a strong, favorable case - despite facts and case precedent that say otherwise? Recently, I’ve had potential clients speak with me about their matters, with some clients stating that they know their case is worth $$$ and/or that they have a winning case. I try to be polite; hear the clients out; and provide the pros and cons. Some, not all, take what I say to heart.

“Job hopper” and “quiet quitting” are all schemes made up by boomers to make you think everything is the employees fault. When in reality people are just getting out of bad situations. Older companies do whatever they can to pay you the least amount and get the max work out of you. What do you do when you feel the goalpost has been/is being moved re: billable requirements? Like there's a spoken vs unspoken? I chose this job based on billables vs salary and what I'm being told I'm expected to do now is 20-30% (at least) > than what was initially agreed upon.
