What are the implications of having two full time jobs. Meaning, 2 w2 positions. I have a relatively relaxed job currently and an old contact has reached about another (part time) role where they need help. Assuming it’s not a conflict of interest whatsoever and I can do both well (different time zones so relatively easy to segregate), is the situation illegal in any way?

Went through multi-day loop for L5 SA and felt confident in my interactions. Presentation went well with no lack of answers for follow up questions. Just found out 6 days later I will not be receiving an offer, and it is policy to not provide feedback of gaps or reasons behind no offer. Also found out they ask you not to reapply for 1 to 2 years for same role. Would anyone recommend an alternate path for feedback on interview (outside of recruiter) and is the 1-2 year policy true?

One is a contract role (through a consultancy) in Australia with 100k annual pay.. Other one is an On-site opportunity in New Zealand through an WITCH company, not unsure of the pay right now. Their eventual plan is to settle abroad, preferably Australia

Looking for advice fish fam. Deloitte vs EY-P. Same level - Manager/Director. EY-P pays $50k more for base and maybe $10 to $20k more as bonus. Currently at Deloitte. Is the extra $60-$70k worth giving up my network? Plan to stay in Consulting and hope to make SM/SD. I have a family and my wife is a homemaker. So money does matter. Would have left easily for an $80k bump. Wouldn’t leave for $30k or less. Don’t know what to do with $60k. Pulling my hair out here. HELP Please!!!
