Value Add because it’s rarely an added value but usually extra work that leads to a dead end and the ‘project’ being shelved.
When someone says duly noted or noted, I smile on the outside but inside I’m burning with the blunt coldness of that.
Basically when a company makes it look like they care for their workforce, then keep tossing people aside for cheaper outsourced overseas staff that cannot do the work. Yet we are expected to remain happy we still have a job while upper management gets record bonuses...
"Our culture"
Fundamental decency is invariant. When a company-specific culture is invoked, it's usually to cultivate bullying or discrimination, like saying being in a shitty office together.
“Circle back”
“Change the Game”. My companies had so many game changing moments that I’m not even sure what game we are playing anymore

When a Sr manager uses "i need to take a bio" on a call. Usual the same sr manager who scheduled non stop meetings all day too.
“We need to educate our customers”. 🤮
AI, nobody knows what it is
