Does publicis sapient have RPA-Uipath projects?
Hi there, I’ve been told that Deloitte (London, UK) is going to make me an offer but haven’t heard back and it’s been over two weeks. The recruiter mentioned it would be around the “m2 grade”. Any idea what this pay range is? … I have 3 YOE working in NHS finance and have applied for a position in Risk Advisory, public sector. Curious what life at Deloitte is like? Does a work life balance exist?

Rising Star
It means unlimited PTO so when you work all year with no days off they don’t have to pay you for any unused accrued days when you leave.
That’s unfortunate, but tone comes from the top. I’m grateful for my leadership, I also make it a point to push others to take more time off. I also split up my vacation into a four day weekend at least once a month (not counting holidays).
I’ve had a client challenge me once on my vacation (I was a senior and was co leading my team) and told them I would take less vacation but would stop all work progress for our entire team as soon as we hit the 45 hours for the week and they were all of a sudden very supportive
Also, what is bonus range for SC? Just got offer and was told 0-20&
It’s business consulting
How does it work, no joking? Do you just take whatever, or do you have to get it approved (outside of your project leadership)?
You have to get it approved by project leadership if its more than a day or two
I personally love the unlimited PTO and find it very easy to take. Taken over 45 days this year and had zero issues, maybe because I am lower level and not as critical but every team I have ever had has been super chill about it
I took 6 weeks last year. Just talk with your teams and don’t try to take more than a day during your busy season unless it’s an emergency.
Getting screwed
Damn this sucks to hear
What about year over year raises if no promotion?
Mine was 10% last year and I’d been at the firm for 4 months
