Hi Fishes, What kind of work is envolved in ReactJS projects in Nagarro? Is it maintenance or Development From Scratch work. Also is it possible for a UI Developer in Nagarro to take up backend development work along with UI? I am currently working as a full stack Python developer and Got an offer in Nagarro as ReactJS Developer. I would also like to contribute in Backend Development as well. Last Ques 😅 - Mid-Product Organization vs Nagarro, Which one shall I choose for UI Dev role? TIA

Cleared Accenture Skill interview by answering almost all the questions and received congratulatory mail for HR round and submitting all documents. Then after a week received a call from HR saying that due to some technical issue, the skills round will happen again and an online assessment was set up. In the assessment, questions which were not directly related to the profile were asked and then a rejection mail was received. Does this happen a lot?

They always look stressed when i see them.
isnt that everyone at deloitte
This is the kind of role where ur settling urself for 145-150k when u can command 180k in other companies . If u are full stack, go someplace else
Yes, that seems to be the accurate range.
EX Deloitte Consultant that was in Systems Engineering - In core consulting you will do zero coding. Our USDC group handles that. It was more PMO Project Management and BA work. That was fine by me because I came from an engineering background and didn't want to code anymore. So if your currently technical and want to be client-facing it's a good option, if not look elsewhere.
Yes.. I been coding long time and just want to be on business side and obviously take care of architecture and design discussions. If I pretty much do the same coding - I feel I go to more technical companies which pay more. Your response helps .. thanks
So, what exactly they do ? I was told they have to again interview in Deloitte for clients and work under some client lead and develop applications. It doesn’t sound technology consulting - it’s more like a C2C consultant ..
Thanks for the insights
So, if there are multiple offers with product companies as lead - is there any advantage joining Deloitte as senior consultant in systems engineering ? I was thinking technology consulting is more strategy and less hands on - but was reading somewhere that we have to interview for clients and work as a individual contributor writing code and fixing production defects .. is it true ?
This sounds pretty in line with solutions engineering. You’re not gonna do as much strategy work but you can seek it out if you choose to
Does Deloitte really pay the 17 percent bonus mentioned in the offer letter ?
Yes...I’ve never seen less than 20k in bonus. I was in Systems Engineering and switched to Cloud once it became an offering.
What I’ve liked about Deloitte is that they take care of the people with in demand tech skills and I’ve gotten a lot of experience in different marketable technologies.
Do we always need to put the client first ? How do you guys handle with difficult clients and unreasonable expectations ? Your managers and superiors take the heat for the consultants and analysts ??
Deloitte always puts client first , no matter what the ask.
Looks kinda nerdy
