As a staff one the raise would be around 4 to 8 percent but for others in a non promotion year, it should be 7 to 12 percent unless you are stuck at a level or were experience hire and placed on higher end pay band.
I was told typical at my firm is between 4% and 8%. Ask your coach. I did they are very open at my firm and have answered all of my questions like this.

It all depends on your performance, if you are good at what you do, expect a good raise. If you are crap, then don’t expect a raise. There are no hand outs, you need to earn everything you do.
BDO1, there are handouts to an extent, not everything is performance based. Solid performer on a bad project will get a bad rep from it.
