CTC offered - 14 Lac ( fixed )
Current CTC - 5 6 LAC
Skill - AWS Cloud + Python + Devops

My question is how many days does it takes to release offer letter ?
Is the salary offered good or should I try for more negotiation ?

Note :- LWD in my current company is 1ST Nov

The name of my Company is ByRN4RN Staffing and Academy. We are a dialysis staffing agency and also a dialysis school. Started 7 months ago, we have been able to secure a couple contracts but our biggest challenge is finding dialysis nurses. Most times after an interview with a nurse, they never show up for the job. What is it I am not doing right?

I recently had an initial interview for a technical recruiter position. The guy on the phone stated that this is not a 9-5 job and long hours are expected. I proceed to ask how much PTO is offered and he said that is not recommend within the first 6 months of working and the harder you work the more PTO you receive. I'm an introverted person, like to keep to myself, focus on work, spend the rest of my time on family, gym etc. I've been told that I need to work on my communication and client relationship building skills. any books I can read? I don't follow pop. culture anymore, no longer actively follow team sports (but sporty myself) as I consider it bread and circus for the masses and don't rly enjoy work drinks... Am I doomed? Personally I am happy and love the work but fear for my career progression.
