My offer letter from capgemini says that the joining will be in the campus . Is it only for the joining formalities or I have to return and work from office .

By accepting, you agree that you will join on the date unless otherwise agreed to in writing with the Company. This shall be governed by the laws of India, and you hereby agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts.

They have asked to sign ans send the letter as confirmation.

Is this a red flag if i dont opt to join later?
