I think tech has the best benefits with unlimited PTO, generous salaries, and lots of perks/discounts with partners
I wouldn’t consider unlimited pto a perk
I love my RSUs as part of my comp package, but not sure if that counts as a benefit! I also love all the things my company provides for comfort and lifestyle, the fun office setup, etc. Tech is notoriously an employee friendly world, but not sure how many non-tech jobs are out there within it!
