What sort of remote positions are available for someone with a B.S in Public Health/Health Science? I live in an area where the pay is horrible so I would prefer finding a job that is based out of a different area while still living where I do/allowing my husband to keep his current job. CTR, contracts and department overhaul

our marketing dept is undergoing a complete overhaul. under old leadership, a $75k 12-mo contract was signed to a marketing group that handles our SEO, blog and everything Google Ads. All things I can and am in training to do. Current CTRs on G ads seem pitiful at no more than 0.75%. My meta ads coast around 4-6%. During this overhaul, would it be wise to not renew our contract, and negotiate for me to take over these roles and leverage a raise?
