My longest was 2 months and shortest was 4 days (Grey lol)
I’d say there are too many variables at play - the agency, role, how badly they need the role staffed, internal decision making, etc.
Usually takes time 3+ months. At least if you're being picky and waiting for the right opportunity.
My last one was a month and it was at the VP level. and some of that was just aligning schedules. it was a small shop - they moved quickly. less red tape. decision makers didn’t need 100 rounds of approval from holding companies.
Depends on the level. For me, as a Jr, it was within weeks. As a CD, months. My last GCD gig, almost 6 months. More money + more responsibility = Greater risk. So companies spend the time to minimize risk and make the decision. The wrong decision can be very costly for them too.
