I’m shooting for the moon and applying to jobs I am mentally ready for and can qualify for but my resume is very short sweet and to the point because I’ve worked at the same place for 6 year and climbed the ladder & wanting something new. How do I explain that to my future employer?

I got selected in Infosys and offer was about to get release today but at last minute suddenly today infy HR told I was interviewed 5 months 20 days before in infosys so they cannot proceed now as 6 months cool off period. I am AWS cloud architect with 10yoe. For just 10 days difference they are stopping my offer even when I can join immediately in a week.. Please help in this situation what to do

Hi everyone. I'm pretty early in my career (just over 1 YOE) & not really enjoying my current role as a Consultant/Developer because of the type of projects I get combined with some mobility issues. We all had the same responsibilities, I consider I even had a heavier workload (talking in past tense since I very recently made an internal move).
Things to consider:

What would you recommend doing?

I am project manager in clinical research industry (CRO). After earning PhD, I gave up my science dream to take a more stable job. I’ve completed the first interview with the hiring manager and a colleague, and have been fortunate to get to the next stage but im unsure how to prepare. I’ve done the usual compentencies, strengths and weaknesses and company research. But I don’t want to fail at the last hurdle as I really like this company and it would be a dream to work there any support or guidance would be greatly appreciated.

I need help figuring out if I’m being underpaid. I’m working in real estate private equity and I focus on fund models and property valuations. I’m currently at base $80k and 20% bonus. On top of that I have 5 years experience and a masters in finance. I’m good at my job and receive positive reviews from everyone. I was offered a high net worth client associate position with fidelity. I have never worked in a call center environment.

Is there such things as FP&A positions in Big 4? If so, are there better times to make the change than others (I.e. at senior vs manager)? I’m currently in FP&A and looking to work at a Big 4, or another company that offers the ability to move abroad.
