Received an offer as Engagement Director from Salesforce (CSG, pre sales, L9). Great benefits package, 40% increase in total comp and better WLB.
I do love the people in my practice and current client, but career trajectory has stalled after taking parental leave earlier this year and (yet another) change in leadership.
Realistically, making to Director is 2-3 years away and will require sacrificing time with my family that I am not prepared to give up.

The bonuses should be much higher once compensation is normalized post OTS+Parthenon merger. Rumor is one or two promotion cycles. Asking about the Parthenon bonus may be a better question to ascertain your desired answer.

No one is getting 35% bonuses anywhere close to regularly— EYP and VBM included. That theoretically may change in S&O, since they may level out comp then let bonuses float higher to pay certain parts of SSL more — but there is no precedent for 35% bonuses. 20-25% maybe...
If it happened at all it is probably because the person was underpaid and a high-performer.
