What’s the biggest raise you’ve ever received, percentage-wise? Was it at your current place of employment and/or in the retail/hospitality industry?

Would you say this raise was on par, lower, or above and beyond what’s typical for the retail/hospitality industry? What about other industries you’ve worked in?

Hey freelancers...I usually raise my rates every 2-3 years. For those of you long-time freelancers, how often do you raise rates? And by what percentage? Looking to keep up with market/cost-of-living and yet, not price myself out.

Hey Fishes I have completed close to 4.5 years in EY under the Tax Operation team specialized in resource management. I am getting only 7.5lpa inspite of getting "Strategic Impact" which is the highest reward category. I was supposed to get a skip level promotion which the HR had rejected for some reason. Got an offer within Product Ops (Mt View) for L4, 145k base, 15% bonus, 185k equity (33/33/22/12), 15 sign on.
