Cmon. Look at this guy.

Hi Fishes,
Does Deloitte USI have any cool down period, if you apply and do not get any response from the company? I had previously applied in a role, but didn't hear back from them. So, I'm planning to try to apply via referral this time and I'm wondering if I should use the same e-mail ID or a different one! Deloitte USI

You’re worth what you bring to the table. Its such an undefined role. Are you a traditional EA? Are you more like a chief of staff? Are you managed or are you a manager? Do other assistants report to you? Do you arrange meeting or do you attend them? Experience helps but is not the sole factor in salary. Some executives want the bare minimum regardless of your experience. And some want a straight up partner. What is the role? Id say anywhere between 60 to 100k.
Minimum 90k. Though if you are at a holding company its like slamming your head against a brick wall to negotiate. Hopefully you are paid that!
Easily over $100k for NYC.
You are forgetting about holding company salary caps. Last two I worked for had EAs capped. One at 75 and one at 90. I interviewed at some indy shops that were offering 60. Im now at an international firm with no caps and am making 100k+. You can get it, but most places won’t play ball at that price point even if you are worth it or could easily get over 100k in another industry.
Depends on the company as well. I know EAs making 150+ in NYC that don’t support a CEO.
I would push towards $100k+. I would bet there would be off-hour requests and impossible timelines to navigate. Also, you will be interacting with the most senior staff and top clients, which means lots of ego, hand holding, saying no without actually saying no, and understanding all aspects of that business. If you had a position other than EA that requires all of the above, plus routine stuff, you would be earning 3x the salary. Additionally, if the salary is lower, make sure you are OT eligible.
Given the responsibilities listed, I’d say anywhere from 90-130k for NYC. But it also depends on your tenure and how well the company is doing overall.
Same. You are doing a lot.
I could easily say what is your worth? What do you bring to the table? Do you manage your CEO on everything ? Are you on call 24/7? What is your experience ? Blah blah blah.
