I am currently working as an consultant for kyndryl as cloud sme with 7b band on lower level 13.5 lakhs. My contract is coming to an end so I contacted my manager was offered an job at same 7b level at 17 lakhs . Should I take the offer , will I have growth in the Company? I have an another offer from hcl 18 lakhs . Kyndryl Inc.

You’re not gona like the answer, but read the PMBOK cover to cover 2-3 times. There’s no shortcut, but that is a good way to get a strong grasp of the content.

I haven’t read the PMBOK, but I did read Rita’s cover to cover. Other than that:
- did a shit ton of practice tests on pmmasterprep.com simulator (there’s absolutely no way around doing practice tests)
- Scott Payne’s „PMP Master Prep”, audiobook version (I retain more knowledge from listening)
In total, I think it took me 6 full weekends to prep. It was the hardest exam I took in my life, but very doable, given enough time.

Rita Mulcahy’s PMP exam prep book. I used that and barely needed to use the actual PMBOK. Plus lots of practice quizzes from various sources. Everyone asks questions in a slightly different way.
