Hi, I'm working with the EY UK in finance transformation consulting. Wanted to ask, how feasible is it to get a gig with the US firm? Since consulting has many opportunities across the pond, wanted to gain US experience as well.

I have an associate's degree in graphic design and work designing wedding stationery. I've been at my company since 2016, and am now a design consultant - speaking to customers directly and creating custom artwork and designs for them. I know I'm underpaid (50k/year in the SF Bay Area) but I thought the benefits and stability were worth it. Hey y’all. I went through an exceptionally traumatizing experience a few years ago that has totally & utterly shattered my confidence, self worth, self esteem etc. I have a hard time portraying my work experience + deserving of a new role.
