How difficult it is to do in amex? Its been half a year since I joined amex and I am planning to talk to manager after completing one year.

Has anyone ever posted a general marketing position? We have an open position on our marketing team but we are unsure what type of position to offer. We have a wide variety of needs but don’t necessarily need to have this future person have all these skills. For example we need someone with great copywriting skills and also need someone who is great at digital marketing. The total CTC is
Fixed 29lpa
Variable 2.9lpa
Stocks $24k vested over 3yr
Overall yearly is coming around 38LPA

In GS my current fixed is only 13LPA but got bonus of 3lk last yr on a prorated basis as i joined only last yr may.

Not sure if i can ask GS to match my offer from PayPal and im hesitant to switch. ( Note as per my recent conversations with my managers I'm up for promotion in dec)
