I’m relatively new to working out. Just joined F45 and love it! Wish I got into it sooner. So I’m good at pacing myself thru out the workouts and not over exerting myself. I was considering doing it every day of the week bc I love how I feel after. Is that overkill? Genuinely curious

529 Plan VERSUS Prepaid

We live in Florida and currently have a Freshman in High School and a 16 month old. We hear from our friends and family with college bound children "I wish we would have done Florida PrePaid." After obviously ignoring this for years, we are finally trying to do it before "it's too late" for both children.

Does anyone have recommendations on which plan to go with for each child? I once did the pros and cons on a whiteboard and it seemed like 529 was better.

Does anyone with adhd ever feel like they just can’t wake up? I feel so lazy but I want to be so productive. Also, lately when I take my medicine I can’t even focus on work just other things.

Has anyone on here suffered with scalp psoriasis and had success treating it? I've struggled with it for a few years, and I found that the last few months it has just gotten horrible. My scalp will start flaking the day after I wash it and I can visibly see large flakes in my hair - and I'm sure other people can too. It's getting embarassing and not sure what to do other than medication which I've heard can cause hair loss. I've tried ACV rinses and tea tree oil, but no real results.

I’ve suffered from workaholism for a long time. Thanks to a lot of great self help books and therapy, I’m no longer putting work on a pedestal and I’m spending a lot more time on self care and my marriage. But, unfortunately, I am now getting withdrawals, because my body is used to the daily adrenaline of throwing myself into work. It’s this terrible feeling of like anguish/unease in my gut, but I don’t have anything I’m worried about- it’s like my body wants to find something to worry about.

Has anyone talked to a therapist or professional about being unemployed? At this point I feel like it's making me depressed. Are there other unemployment support groups out there?

Any suggestions for self help books on anxiety? Been dealing with anxiety for quite some time now and have been seeing a therapist but also just want to see what other resources are out there.

Anyone in printers row know of good gyms around ~$50? Looking to avoid LA Fitness at SouthGate or XSport (reviews seem to agree - they are a mess). FFC is just not in the cards rn.

This wk, hr calls me and says after checking, immigration team advised against TN. Hr will now see if it'd possible to bring me on via CAN office. If not, they won't be able give me a formal offer.

This job will be based out of San Francisco. I currently make $30/hour for the same role in Chicago, after OT it’s about $60,000. Do you think it would be wise to accept the offer? I have masters and 6 years of experience. I recently learned that a new grad who doesnt have his state boards yet has 39 per hour. A coworker experience of 20 years gets 50per hour. Not sure what to think of their weird pay scale. 🙂
