Thinking about accepting a software engineering offer for BCG Digital Ventures . can anyone working there tell me about the work culture, learning opportunities, and exit opps . Im also interviewing with Zillow and am deciding wether to wait or take an offer. I’m really intrigued by the idea of building ventures and learning alot on the technical and entrepreneurial sides, but the opportunity to work for a tech unicorn is also very intriguing

Top* Big 4
Top tier is the normal McKinsey, BCG and Bain. Next tier is EYP/Strategy&/Accenture (interchangeable). Next tier is A&M
Accenture Strat team is pretty good. But that’s through no fault of the internal teams; like all things, Accenture acquired it’s way into this space. I wouldn’t put us anywhere in the same category as MBB. I think where we shine is the stuff that is adjacent to what we do best, which is Tech. So strategy work around how/where/what to transform, and how to prioritize through the lens of cost takeout or revenue acceleration. M1 is probably correct in the scale - maybe not even that large tbh.
That said, I think we’re better at Strategy than the reverse scenario (eg MBB attempting to swim downstream and capture implementation work). 100% of the time I’ve come across those deals, they’re a disaster.
