I've often heard about the 1/3 rule when it comes to associate comp (you should be making about 1/3 of what you're bringing in). How big of a gap would you expect an associate to tolerate before asking for a change in comp? I'm on track for about a $75,000 gap between 1/3 of my collections and my comp. My firm is technically not lock step but does seem to be defacto lock step. I lateraled April of 2019 from a boutique so I'm unsure how this is generally handled.

Had a video interview few days back so I used lumify in my eyes. Did not have any issues prior to use just wanted to look better. After a few uses, my eyes have been very itchy and I also woke up with a swollen eyelid one day. Any suggestions on what I can use for itchy eyes?
