Working in a toxic work environment where our team has had one resignation once every 2-3 months. Our main problem is the snr mgr who’s condescending and sets unrealistic deadlines on us and when we escalate this to the partner, she told us to stop being “emotional”. Am I the only one whose time entries get worse the busier and more chaotic a specific case is? Like for example preparation for a dispositive hearing with a lot of factual and legal issues that’s treated like a fire drill.
