At the biotech company I work at avg inside sales is $62,632 with a $3500 per quarter cap. Commission structure is % based on sales quota reached vs capped (not a direct % of sales). I was offered a good base salary and I was asked what type of structure I was looking for. I am uncertain as to what is considered standard or what to look for in terms of bonus/commission structure. Anyone live with a general plat exception rather than insisting upon the title company specifying the matters on plat which constitute exceptions? This deal is in Source Carolina, but I don’t think the title company is pushing back because of any state law issue. -One LLC, so only one PPM
