Would you go from Sr PM at a small shop in the middle of nowhere to PM at a big agency for the same money?

What is the learning curve/different expectations for an attorney versus a CPA in a first year associate role? I just started, but a bit confused on how I can best contribute my legal skills and anxious about not being an expert on accounting principles.

Colleague has put in his resignation. They are offering him whatever he wants to stay including 4days a week work from home. He’s not bluffing and plans to leave. Hi fellow PMs, Question for the group: has anyone here made the switch from being a creative agency PM to a digital producer or digital agency PM? I.e. going from managing creative projects like TV to managing website builds/UX projects. If so, what was the transition like and what helped you get your bearings in the new environment?
