Daylight savings can certainly disrupt our sleep patterns. To help reset your internal clock, try sticking to a regular sleep schedule, avoiding caffeine and electronics before bedtime, and getting exposure to natural sunlight during the day. With a little patience and consistency, you should be back to a regular sleep routine soon.
SAME. I'm all for it being lighter longer but man losing that hour messed me up.
In one or two days, you should be fine! I think it does the same for everyone!
I have a messed up sleeping pattern already so I don't know what's the effect of this daylight saving on me. I am trying to get a healthy sleeping pattern so I can keep a healthy lifestyle.
What do you do before you go to sleep?
Agreed. Seems like the older I get, the longer it takes me to adjust. Hopefully by the end of this week, my schedule will feel more normal. I had to force myself to go to bed last night because I wasn't tired at 11 (which was really 10).
