Writing sample tips? I am trying to get an interview for an entertainment transactions position (mid-level) and was asked for a writing sample where I was the primary drafter. This is an odd request outside of litigation but a job I really want. Does anyone have experience with this and have any insight into what may be the best type(s) of docs to submit?

I’ve completed the first interview with the hiring manager and a colleague, and have been fortunate to get to the next stage but im unsure how to prepare. I’ve done the usual compentencies, strengths and weaknesses and company research. But I don’t want to fail at the last hurdle as I really like this company and it would be a dream to work there any support or guidance would be greatly appreciated.

As part of TCS onboarding, the BGV check third party company has sent message today to verify address through a link. In the address proof, they have given just 3 drop downs. 1)Aadhar card 2)DL 3) Ration card. The supporting document for my present address proof, I just have rental agreement which is not in this list. What to do? Aadhar has my permanent address. DL has my other city address which I had made while I was in that city. No ration card existing. Can I just upload Aadhar card again?

Working on a deal where buyer's side keeps on insisting on a POA to effectuate all actions of Seller under the agreement, including executing documents.
