I do commercial real estate transactions, so MMV, but what you're looking for is a contract that's a staple in the industry, ideally a short one and therefore easier for the interviewer to review (read: under ten pages).
The document will be graded on cohesiveness (read: covering all client liabilities), brevity (read: no convoluted syntax or unnecessary legalese), clarity, and simple mistakes like grammar.
Bonus points for an unusual transaction with niche clauses.
I don't know what staple contracts are used in entertainment transactions, but at an educated guess? A good option may be a services consulting agreement. Many are short, under ten pages, but are also vary enough by circumstance to involve more than boilerplate.
These are great examples. I used a simple easement (~5 pages) when I got hired at my current firm and it got the job done.
