I have been trying to eat a lot better and it has made a huge difference in how I feel. The biggest thing was trading out the sodas for seltzer drinks that are just fizzy flavored water. I would crash after lunch like every day, but making that change has actually helped fix that.
Chief
I took a hiatus from coffee for a while because I didn’t think I needed caffeine but I was wrong. I really enjoyed the coffee in the morning and it helps me get in the mood to start the day.
I always have my caffeine in the morning, and try to eat high protein to start off my day. I eat a lot “cleaner” than I used to and I feel a very big difference with my digestion and body overall.
I try to refrain from sugars and starches in the morning. I’ve also been trying to take supplements, including B vitamins to help my brain health.
