I hated it for the first 3-5 days. (Gave me very intense fear and panic attacks.) But it’s really changed my life for the better. I can wake up every morning and simply breathe like a normal person without daily panic attacks, and I even use the phrases “no big deal, “it is what it is,” and “no worries.” And I actually believe what I say.
Had intense anxiety, panic attacks, when starting out that eased after a week but it changed my life... yep, for the better. Feel more comfortable inside my own skin and brain.
Had the same fear... “will this change who I am?” Which was true but not in the scary dramatic way I feared. You’ll be alright. Hang in there!
It made me real nauseous for the 1st week or so. It’s helped me feel a bit more stable to handle day to day life.
