Hi there, I have 3.5 YOE working for NHS Finance. I applied to Deloitte Risk Advisory, Public Sector (London, UK) and was successful. Waiting to hear back with package offer but it’s been over 2 weeks - was told they may offer M2 grade, any ideas what this is?
I’m also interviewing for Senior consultant role also at Deloitte. How much would this typically pay?
Torn whether to stay within NHS as I will be getting an internal promotion or move to Deloitte.

Anyone have experience working CWX side of Facebook (Meta) ? These are the full time contract roles that potentially turn into permanent roles directly with Facebook (Meta). Had a recruiter reach out and offering me comparable TC and such, just curious if anyone has experience in these roles and success/failure of transitioning into permanent role. Thanks in advance!

I'm over in the midwest so I cant speak to your questions about NY specifically, but just want to say congrats on the offer and potentially welcome!
Office is beautiful and has an amazing view!! Spent some time working there and loved the people, although around 90% of NY office cases are in Pharma. Most people travel locally to pharma client sites in NY and NJ.
Depending on your level, you may have anywhere from 2-4 projects at the same time. My hours are pretty good, but there’s a lot of added mental stress from having to be responsible for several different projects at once (and of course there are lots of things to keep track of within each of those as well)
I'd say I'm 60ish hours on average. To ZS3's point, having multiple projects sometimes compounds things when they all get busy at the same time. On the flip side, travel is mostly local.
Thanks for the responses!
ZS1: could you elaborate? What kind of hours are you pulling?
