What's is the typical starting salary for an entry-level/campus hire consultant for Big 3 Consulting firms? And for tier 2 consulting firms?

What's the typical salary analysts who get promoted to consultant? I've heard a few figures and beginning to think they low balled me as a direct hire consultant

Got an offer at Deloitte (Consultant in Strategy & Analytics, DC office). 2 YOE w/ previous Secret clearance. They offered 85k+5k sign on. Is this a good offer and could I get more? They initially pegged me at the Analyst level. The salary difference would only be around ~10%-20% higher.

Salary recommendation: I have an interview next week for a mixed senior copywriter and senior PR consultant job at a very large, in-house organization. If you had 7-9 years of experience and were based in central US, what would you ask for? I’m thinking $125,000 based on where I am now, but I want to make sure I’m not undercutting myself.

I've been a Consultant for about 8 years. I planned to get out of consulting to try my hand at commercial public relations/communications. I got an offer from Xerox to work with their corporate PR segment. Then I got an unexpected offer from KPMG to work with their transformation advisory segment doing comms for federal clients. Both are similar offers, 20% bumps. KPMG has slightly more PTO and EOY bonuses, but Xerox had a nice signing bonus and slightly higher base salary. WDID??

Senior Consultant - 4 years of experience 110k base, 3-5k annual firm bonus + usually 2-5k performance-based bonus. Am I underpaid when compared to other senior consultants? Non-MBA, non-target school. I went to an average-ranking in-state university.

A friend has offers for Bain and BCG Dubai at the consultant level (joining just after his MBA) and he is confused on which one to take. Any thoughts to help him make a decision?
