I know this is the consulting bowl, but does anyone have any insights into what it’s like to be a client facing Product Manager at Deloitte and what the comp is like relative to consulting? A recruiter reached out to me for a role and I’m curious!

Practice Manager Salary question
We are in a modest size county, close to a big city, but a long commute
For those with a Practice Manager, interested in average salary
3 unlicensed staff, 400ish clients

Trying to get a feeler for comp and whether I am underpaid or overpaid:

Base: 150.5k
Bonus: 15-16%
Pension: 4% PA (not sure if I should be including this or not, but I’m fully vested so I get to take this $$$ with me if I leave)

Total comp comes out to be around 179k-181k, manager in Advisory, tech implementations, Program/project management at a mid tier firm (not big 4) with 7.5 YOE

Would love to hear thoughts, considering jumping to another firm for a better offer or stick where I am.

Looking for some info around comp range for advisory manager and senior manager in California/NYC. I know it also depends on yoe but appreciate some insights. Glassdoor says 130-150 for manager, 180-220 for senior manager, does that sound right? Also any bonuses info? Thanks!

Currently SC at D, got an "offer" from Cisco G11 level Program Manager role. 7>yoe + master's in CS + Lots of cloud and agile certs. Interestingly, HR was not willing to provide any compensation package details before hearing what I want. Im super bad at negotiating, Any thoughts on how to approach this?
