Base : 160k
COL adjustment : 14.5k / annum
Joining bonus : 10k

Currently a freelance contractor.

I wanted to know if I made a right choice or not.
I had 2 offers.
1. Nagarro - 27.5 LPA + 1L Joining Bonus
Role: Staff Engineer (Lead)

2. Eli Lilly - 30.2 LPA + 1.5L Joining Bonus
Role: Manager

I chose Nagarro as it is in my home city and there is not much difference in inhand salary as Nagarro salary components is pretty good in saving taxes.
But in terms of work culture and service vs product based companies, did I made a right decision?

I am being interviewed by CTS for manager role and I already have an offer for 19LPA from another company. How much should I ask for manager role now? Is there any joining bonus offered? Please suggest from your recent experiences.

Hi, can anyone help me with the salary range of a Senior Manager in PwC DIAC or PwC SDC Bangalore MC team?

I'm curious if my current roles compensation is competitive or not. I'm making $73,000 as a campaign manager with a performance bonus in place (10%). It's hard finding salary comparisons for this title especially because what I'm finding is specific to political campaigns. I work for a Fortune 500, B2B in the corporate marketing department. I'm based in Atlanta...does anyone have an idea on what a competitive salary is for this type of role?

I referred a close friend for a position L9-L7 (TBD). I had advised him not to disclose the amount of his expected salary, until he goes through all the interview rounds. Rather, I asked him to find a way to get a range for this role.

However, during the interview, the manager insisted on giving a number for 15 minutes, until he gave up his minimum salary to consider joining.

Is this a push by the management? Has anyone avoided disclosing their expected salary until offer was provided?

Company’s hiring manager asked me my comp range for an M&A/PMO type role. HR already said my base comp was within their range. How high should I push the total comp? FWIW, they didn’t push back when I gave them a base range of 200-225k but I don’t think the hiring manager knows I asked. Current comp is ~210 base and 10-30% bonus. Also, I’d be moving to a LCOL/MCOL area. TIA!!!
