Tech stack: SAP HANA, SAP BW, and BODS.
Certified in PMP.

His CTC is currently 22 LPA and he is getting an offer for 27 LPA. Howmuch should he quote?

I’m looking to to get into the tech industry. I’ve worked in construction 10+ years and have recently obtained a BSBA, CSM and PMP. Any advice? I’d like to learn the basics what developers do the in the outs so if hired I’d actually be a valuable team member. Should I try DEV boot camp or something similar?

Got selected for a PMP audit and it’s all digital now. I have to enter my references email addresses. Does anyone know what they get to sign off on? Also, any idea on timing? EVERYTHING I can find on google relates to manual processes that they need to sign off on physically and mail in. I mean everything.

Current CTC: 8
YOE: 7
I have an offer from Acc for 16 Fixed + 4 Var
I'll get 85K CAD in Canada
Stack: PMP, Scrum, SAFe, Data Visualization
I don't work in a technical project but am well versed in Java and Cloud (GCP and Azure)

Should I switch or go to Canada?

I fear that when I return, the big resignation will subside, and I may not get 100% or more hikes.
My current offshore package will hardly increase in the years I'm there.

Please advise.
