Is 16 LPA a good salary for a Lean Six Sigma Black belt certified person with 6.5 Years of experiance in Process excellence & Consulting role ?

Hello All, I am looking for a job change. I have been working as QA Analyst (voice process) in one of the esteemed BPO in vadodara. I have overall 9+ years of experience ranging in sales, marketing, customer service, Quality monitoring , quality analysis, providing agent feedback and escalation process (Both voice and non-voice process) in BPO. I am six sigma green belt and black belt holder and looking for exciting growth opportunity to excel my career along with good package.

Any referal for Senior Analyst position in any Big 4.
YOE - 5.5 years
Tech stack - Advance Excel, SQL , CRM(Saleforce user end), SAP

I have a good hold of Data analysis and Dashboarding in Excel , Lean six Sigma GB and handled European and US clients.

Hello folks, can someone please let me know what is the ideal pay that a Certified Six sigma black belt with Process/ Business Excellence profile should expect with 6.5 years of experience in IT/ Consulting or Banking industry. Also is this a good profile to stick with for a good career progression from here or are there any similar roles that one should try for better growth. Your thoughts please....

Hey Consultants, I have been doing the Juran Institute program for Lean Six Sigma Green Belt where you both take courses as well as apply the skills you learn to a project at your company. I finished the coursework a while back but have been having trouble finding a project topic that improves a process in my company, can be a 2-4 month project, and has the capability to impact substantially. I would love some ideas from individuals as I am stuck. Thanks!

Hello guys, I am new here, and I am hoping to get an advice about my career. I am Director Of Operation for a small trucking company. They are closing the door 06/01 and I need to find a new job asap. It seems impossible mission. If I get any response it is, thank you but no:-) I would prefer to stay in the industry but wouldn't mind try something else. Are qualifications/certifications (scrum, lean six sigma, BCS BA, Prince 2) seriously considered when applying for new roles,pay increase and promotion?

My manager basically gave me an unlimited budget to get whatever certifications I want. My career profile is similar to a Solution Architect- what should I get? I am thinking about Okta (I do some SAML work), Domo, ITIL, Six Sigma, Certified Scrum Product Owner, Six Sigma, anything else? I have AWS Cloud Practitioner already. I am hoping to pivot to Product Management or Data Science.

I need real advice. I've got 15 yrs management consulting experience (strategy/operations), Masters degree from top school, MBA (focus: supply chain) and am six sigma MBB with deep MFG experience. Like many, I was impacted with the mid 2000's downsizing and took a corporate consulting job at a well known engineering software company, but with much lower compensation...demoralizingly low. How do I get back into firms like Deloitte, PwC, etc. and get paid what I'm worth (Principal level)?

Currently stuck in risk but interested in Cyber. Have done one related engagement from a regulatory perspective. But a lot of posts here making me think it’s harder to break into than I expected (non-technical background). If you had a six sigma green belt / supply chain degree/exp., would you still go through the effort of going into Cyber or take easy risk money being offered / easier transition back to supply chain? 2-3 YOE and trying to decide career course, any advice highly appreciated

Worth it to get a Six Sigma certification? I have a degree in supply chain management and want to go back into that space eventually so I figured a yellow or green belt is pretty low cost. Thoughts?
