I work for a F100 Insurance company, Manager in a Claims Operations/project mgmt role, 32, salary $105k. Screwed around in college so I had to work my way up the ladder (insurance adjuster, sales, etc), work 60-70 hours a week, and prior to covid I traveled half the month. Have industry designations, working on PMP and Six sigma.

After seeing much higher salaries and similar WLB posted on here, I’m looking to enter consulting, any suggestions on where to start, and would an MBA be worth it?

What are some great examples of resume boosters? Items that can be achieved in a relatively short time frame but will give you a slight leg up on the competition? Ex: certificates such a six sigma, maybe sponsoring a scholarship at your alma mater, etc.
