Can KPMG folks confirm something for me - does PTO count against utilization? For example, if I’m 75% utilized then take PTO, is my utilization rate still 75%?

Where can I find the this years utilization goal for assurance?

How do you guys maintain utilization targets? The only way to do that is to hit 8 hours on the code everyday, which is impossible.
