Utilization Rate

I want to take a personal day on some Friday. I have worked hard, but I am sure the engagement team would not allow personal days. How do I take it?
I am a high performer with good utilization

Project is coming to an end after 5 months... Kinda ok with being on the bench for a week or 2 but also want my utilization to stay high.. ugh
