Visa Sponsorship UK - Operations, CS, Recruitment

Hey everyone,

I may be relocating to the UK for a role after the new year, but my wife won't be able to come with me initially.

However she's just been laid-off from her Ops Management role for a tech company in the EU and needs a new role quickly. (just before Christmas!)

Would love if anyone has a role in Rome, Italy, or remote, or UK with Visa sponsorship (Tier 2 Skilled Worker) untill I can swap her onto a spouse Visa.

Any referrals?

I am trying to reschedule my Visa Appointment for H1B Dropbox and I see a warning that I have exceeded the limit of appointments canceled and will not be able to rescheduled until an MVR fees is paid.
I have rescheduled twice in the past.

So does that mean I cannot reschedule because I am able to go upto the reschedule page.

Has anyone recently traveled from Accenture India to Canada as part of GCP? How much time does it take for visa processing? What visa type is given? What salary one can expect at CL8?

Hi Fishes, I've an offer letter for Accenture Strategy (M&A) for Senior Manager, India and my joining is in 3 days. Package is very good, but no immediate relocation opportunities. May happen in future.

Now at the very last moment, I've got an M&A leader role from Wipro. Reporting to a board member. This is a global role and will be based in US. L1 visa to be initiated.

Any suggestions on which is a better offer? And, how best I can negotiate here to get myself a better deal. Gracias!

Can you please tell me how to book an appointment for Germany Visa as I have got job in Germany (work visa).. Can someone please tell me the procedure as I never travelled out of India and have zero experience in all these things. I'm going to get employment contract letter in few days.. Do I need a new H1B Stamping? I extended my visa last year (new expiration date: 2024 Summer) and got my visa stamped accordingly. Since then, I changed firms and transferred my visa, which now has a different expiration date (i.e 2024 Winter). I honestly don’t know why the date got longer with just a transfer. Anyway, would I need to get my visa stamped again since the date of current i797-A (winter 2024) is different from my previous i797-A/latest visa stamp?

AITA: for wanting to slap some sense into one of my best friends over his idiotic spending habits? He’s been complaining about how he’s $18k in debt (debt from buying bs on Amazon, strip club debt on a credit card, merch, bs like that) and claims that we are the cause because we go out to lunch once a week. H1B extension Qs - my first h1b is valid til 09/23 and my current H1B visa expires in 01/23. Im hoping to travel in summer ‘23 to get a new stamp (granted I have approved I797 on hands). 1) Will US consulate take into account my extension and give me 1 year visa as per usual or only until validity of my first term, i.e 09/23? 2) I’m also being sponsored for green card and will probably have PERM submitted to DOL for approval by summer ‘23. Are there any concerns with travel at this stage?

Amex called me looking for a known associate. Why would they call me instead of directly trying to contact the person?
