Any info on Accenture's final stage case study? Management Consultant role.

I have worked 8+ years in HR and Staffing for the EPC industry - looking to make a move to the consulting industry. I'm in advanced stages of interviews with Deloitte for a Human Capital (GPS) Senior Consultant role and with PwC for a Resource/Deployment Manager position. They are two completely different roles and I think I could be happy in either - any insight from current HC Consultants/Managers at Deloitte or Resource/Deployment Managers at PwC? Positives/Negatives?

Are there any recommendations to study for the PSO cloud consultant case study interview?

Interviewed for Deloitte Tech Strategy SC and got a verbal offer for Consultant instead. I negotiated the offer to 120K salary and 10K signing bonus. I’m a boomerang with 4 years ERP consulting but this past year I’ve been doing DEI Consulting. Spoke with former colleagues who rejoined Deloitte and got much higher offers for SC. How do I go back to the recruiter to negotiate further? I suggested that I’d probably sign but needed time to think. Now I’d like to go back and request 140k salary.

Just got an offer a Deloitte Consultant position and the HR recruiter said base pay will be in the low 90k with no wiggle room. Also currently interviewing with Accenture and the base pay ranges from 117-147k dependent on band.

Is Deloitte’s compensation not flexible at all? Any tips on what to do or how to navigate?

Looking to apply to EYP strategy as a senior associate/consultant. I have 2YOE in consulting (across EY and boutique) and a masters in accounting. Would anyone within the practice be able to give me an overview on the type of projects the practice sells, the type of work I’d be doing in my role, and any insights on the interview cycle? Does anyone have any experience with BCG Platinion Risk Consultant case study interviews? This is my first time doing a case study interview and I'm currently trying to prepare, but most case studies I have found online are more in management consulting.

Curious to know others’ opinion if presented this opportunity. Am a mid-level consultant making $200k TC. After 3+ yrs of testing, retesting, interviews, etc..i was given a contingent offer as a FSO with State Dep. currently going thru clearances. Pay around $106k to start with but housing and private school is paid for, plus 15-30% additional pay for “certain” posts. Involves moving with fam every two years, wife wont work, but should b interesting work for me as a diplomat. Would you go 4 it?

Is PL/EM interview process different at MBB than Consultant/Associate level?

As in, would Case performance carry more weightage in evaluation for Consultant/Associate, whereas leadership/PEI questions matter more for EM/PL interview?
